Flo Crit Services, life gets better and better for girls
and young women.
Assisting
teenaged girls with residency, displacement, pregnancy,
abuse and other circumstances.

FCS
is grounded in the belief that the people they serve should
be involved in helping them to improve their services. This
is addressed through the distribution of client satisfaction
surveys that are distributed to clients, case workers, and
family members.
The
feedback received is used to improve services. Some of the
highlights of the survey are reflected, as well as letters
from former clients. However, more importantly, some of
the youth have decided to share their stories of the impact
that FCS has had on their lives.
